When the 19th edition of the FrancoFolies de Montreal unfurls its banner from Thursday, July 26 to Sunday, August 5, 2007, the entire French-speaking world rolls up to offer a hearty salute! The biggest francophone metropolis in North America welcomes a global sphere of musical influences, proving that in 2007, the planet rocks and rolls to a Gallic beat! Presented once again by Ford of Canada in collaboration with Molson Dry, this impressively diverse celebration brings 11 days and nights of international rhythms, from rock to electronica to hip hop, with a unique passport to world music in all its colours and accents.
With 50 indoor concerts along with 150 more free outdoor shows to be announced July 11th, the world\'s biggest francophone block party brings musical heat, ineffable cool and a message of openness to the world!
Tickets for all indoor concerts of the 19th FrancoFolies de Montreal go on sale this Saturday, April 28, at noon.
